Payment will be due immediately upon the issuance of an invoice to you, or on such terms as may otherwise be agreed. Title in the product will pass to you when you have paid for such product in full.

Purchase of product on this website is for pick-up or local and international delivery. All pick-up orders are from the store in Bermuda (6 Dockyard Terrace, Sandy’s MA01). When your pick-up order is ready you will receive an email with instructions, please allow 48hrs for purchases to process. Our pick up times are Saturday & Sunday between 11pm-3pm. For all delivery orders, please allow 5 business days for packages to be delivered after processing. All delivery orders will receive an email with notifications of their packages.

Purchased goods may be returned to the store in Bermuda (6 Dockyard Terrace, Sandys MA01). For all products: purchased items may be returned within 7 business days for full credit. Returned items must be in perfect condition with all tags and packaging intact. Worn or damaged goods will not be accepted. Sale items, food products and personal items such as swimwear, earrings, sunglasses, candles, fragrance, towels etc. are final sale and may not be returned. For all international orders; we do not accept refunds on any products that have been shipped off the island.

We use the Order Information that we collect to fullfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to

Communicate with you;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.

We do not collect any other information or share it with other companies or individuals.
