Where is Island Outfitters located?
Island Outfitters is a brick and mortar store based in Royal Naval Dockyard, Bermuda. The store is located directly across the street from the Dockyard ferry stop. Please see Island Outfitters google listing for more detailed information.
What are your business hours?
Mondays - Thursdays 9am - 5pm, Fridays 9am - 4pm, Saturdays & Sundays 10am - 5pm
However, you can shop online 24/7!
What are your current in-store shopping policies to ensure the safety of customers and staff due to Covid-19?
· Masks are optional but recommended
· Please use the sanitizer provided before entering the store.
· Please refrain from excessive touching of merchandise.
· Social distancing must be practiced while shopping in our store.

What is the return policy?
For Local Sales; Online and in-store:
Returns for full credit are within 7 business days. Clothing must have tags in place and be in store-bought condition. Returned items must be in perfect condition with all tags and packaging intact. Worn or damaged goods will not be accepted. All sale items and all swimwear are final sale and may not be returned.
International Orders:
Please note that all international orders are final sale.
Shipping to the US and Canada is $25.
Shipping to UK and Europe is $28.
Please note additional shipping fees may occur after checkout as shipping is based on weight.
When can I bring back my returns?
Please bring returns back during in-store hours with the printout of the order/receipt. All sale items and all swimwear are final sale and may not be returned.
How do I receive my purchase placed online?
Local Orders: You may choose the option of delivery at $10 rate to deliver island wide. Free local delivery on orders over $50, discount is automatic at checkout. Please allow all online orders to be delivered locally within 5 business days.
International Orders: Your international delivery fee will automatically be added at checkout. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email of your order. Afterwards, we will inform you when your order has been completed and shipped. We are currently shipping International orders through DHL and we will provide you with a tracking number for your package once shipped.
